Engagement process: Requests or inquiries submitted through the website are subject to confirmation of technical feasibility, a formal quote, and scheduling availability from GoProp.
Pricing: Service fees will be communicated to the client clearly and in advance of the formal confirmation of the service order. All stated amounts include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Cancellation and Rescheduling: The policy for rescheduling or cancelling technical visits will be governed by the conditions communicated at the time the service order is confirmed.
Condition at the time of inspection: The technical reports and diagnostics issued by GoProp strictly reflect the physical, visible, accessible, and measurable condition of the property at the exact time of the technical visit.
Non-destructive methods and access limitations: Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, inspections are carried out using non-destructive methods and cover freely accessible areas. GoProp assumes no civil, commercial, or criminal liability for:
Qualified professional opinion: The "GoProp Seal" and validation reports constitute a qualified professional technical opinion, prepared in accordance with good construction practices and backed by licensed professionals as of the date of issuance.
No financial coverage or contractual warranty: The granting of the "GoProp Seal" or the delivery of a report does NOT constitute, under any circumstances, property insurance, a financial warranty policy, or coverage against future wear and tear, defects arising later, lack of subsequent maintenance, or contingencies arising from use and the passage of time.
Technical independence: GoProp acts solely as an independent provider of technical verification and evaluation services.
No intermediation: GoProp is NOT a party, guarantor, broker, intermediary, or representative in any sale, lease, exchange, or reservation transactions entered into by clients, buyers, sellers, or real estate brokers.
No liability for commercial outcomes: GoProp is expressly released from all liability for the failure of commercial transactions, disagreements between parties, fluctuations in real estate market prices, or for direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the conclusions or data contained in its reports.
GoProp will not be liable for damages, technical changes, deterioration of materials, or operational failures that arise after the date of the survey, nor for consequences arising from interventions, repairs, renovations, or modifications made to the property by personnel or companies not affiliated with GoProp.
Defined scope: For engagements aimed at repairing or remediating identified defects, GoProp's liability and warranty will be strictly and exclusively limited to the labor performed and the materials provided that were expressly detailed in the approved quote or work order.
Exclusions: Excluded from the warranty are defects or failures arising from pre-existing conditions not addressed, general structural defects of the building, improper use of installations, or lack of preventive maintenance by the client or property owner.
To ensure the proper provision of services, the client agrees to:
Omission or falsification of information, or lack of adequate access, will immediately release GoProp from all contractual or extra-contractual liability, and will entitle GoProp to suspend performance of the service without any right to reimbursement.
Ownership of the platform: All website content, trademarks, logos, images, text, and source code are the exclusive property of GoProp or are used under corresponding licenses.
License for technical reports: Reports generated are the intellectual property of GoProp. The client is granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the report for the specific purposes contemplated in the engagement. Partial reproduction, alteration, or commercial use of the reports by third parties without GoProp's express written authorization is prohibited.
